iTero® Intraoral Scanner
The iTero® Intraoral Scanner is a state-of-the-art digital impression system that eliminates the need for messy putty in your mouth. With our iTero Scanner, we can digitally capture a detailed 3D model of your teeth and gums, which is ideal for crowns, bridges, implants, and Invisalign® clear aligners and retainers. Not only is this process far more comfortable than the old putty based impressions, but it’s faster and can offer a superior clinical endpoint.
Dental Imaging
Using an intraoral camera, we are able to take pictures and video of the inside of your mouth. This allows us to quickly see and show you areas of your mouth that may need attention. It allows you to see what we are talking about so you can make the best decision for your dental health.
Digital X-Rays
Digital x-rays allow us to take an x-ray of your teeth and mouth and display it on a computer monitor. Expanding high resolution x-rays on the computer allows us have better discussions with you about your dental health.
Intraoral CT Scans
To ensure the best possible dental implant treatment plan, and when regular x-rays are not sufficient, we use intraoral CT scans. An intraoral CT scan is a 3-D image of the mouth, so we can see a more comprehensive map of your teeth, soft-tissues, nerve pathways, and bone structure. This provides us more information to make the best decision when placing implants.
